Investigations on both Coasts are taking place into issues affecting people who are sick and people who are healthy. The investigated issues include Premiums charged by Health Insurance Companies, and the medicalcare costs those Companies make their Policyholders pay when their Policyholders have the audacity to seek the medical care of providers who are "out of network". Some say that the out of network share assumed by the Health Insurance Companies is not as much as it should be, which puts pressure on the sick to stay "in network" and not receive the medical care they may want -- or perhaps the medical care they need.
