Munis to Receive Equal Credit Rating Treatment?

     The credit of Municipal Bonds may soon be rated the same exact way that the credit of Corporate Bonds has always been rated.  This may mean that there is no longer a need for Bond Insurance.  See Vikas Bajaj, "Moody's May Align Municipal Debt Ratings With Corporate" p.
