National Health Care Insurance Exchanges are at issue in the upcoming vote on the Healthcare Reform Bills in the U.S. Senate Finance Committee scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Health Insurance Exchanges, also known as co-ops, were a disastrous failure in Florida in the 1990's.
