American Law Institute to Issue Restatement of Principles on Insurance.

   At the Annual Meeting of the American Law Institute in Washington, D.C., earlier this month, it was announced that the ALI is going to address Insurance in one of its projects.  The word is that there will be a future Restatement of Principles issued by the ALI on Insurance.
