Are Health Insurance Plan Costs Driving Employers Into Bankruptcy?

   The costs of providing Health Insurance Coverage Benefits to Employees may be one of the reasons that Employers file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Reorganizations:  to get out from under those costs.  This possible reason for filing for a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is suggested from a reading of Mike Spector, "Chapter 11 Benefits Battles Get Fierce" p.
