Oil Spill Catastrophe: Damages Without Caps, Insurance Coverage Claims Coming.

   Recent reports about a cap on the Deepwater Horizon well seem to anticipate a cap on Damages Claims as well.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.  More Damages Claims are anticipated, in droves, from the damage already done.  All kinds of Damages Claims.

   And thus all kinds of Insurance Coverage Claims are anticipated to follow right behind them.
