American Law Institute Set to Restate Law of Liability Insurance.

   The American Law Institute is set to address whether and how to restate the Principles of the Law of Liability Insurance today.  The ALI has already anounced that its "default" orientation is to rewrite the Law, rather than state what the Law is today.
