Individual Homeowners may have Property Damage claims. Their Homeowners Association may have a Homeowner's Insurance Policy. The individual Homeowners may seek to make a claim under it. Can they?
The Court in a recent Federal Case said, "No." In that case, the Court held that individual Homeowners (or, in that case, Condominium Owners) do not have standing to sue over their HOA's Homeowner's Insurance Policy (or, once again, in that case an "Association of Apartment Owners" Policy).
