Pre-AWARD Interest Held Recoverable on Successful Appraisal.

What can a policyholder recover from its property insurance company in an appraisal of the policyholder's damaged property?  In Housing & Redevelopment Auth. of Redwood Falls v. Housing Auth. Prop. Ins., 864 F.3d 986 (8th Cir. 2017), the court held that an insured can recover pre-award interest from its property insurer on its insurance appraisal award.
