PRIOR REVIEW OF COURT RULINGS BY INTERESTED PARTIES: Nice work ....
If you can get it, and you can get it if you try. Another U.S. Magistrate Judge has authorized interested parties to redact things that the magistrate judge would otherwise say. The ruling at issue came in a drug patent infringement case in Delaware, Allergan, Inc. v. Taro Pharm. Indus. Ltd., No. 17-663-JFB-SRF, 2018 WL 2753732, at *4 (D. Del. June 6, 2018) (Fallon, USMJ):
In the unlikely event that the parties believe that certain material in this Report and Recommendation should be redacted, the parties should jointly submit a proposed redacted version by no later than June 29, 2018. The court will subsequently issue a publicly available version of its Report and Recommendation.
(Emphasis by the court.)
No word whether the interested parties' redactions will find their way into the report released to the public, or not. Let's diary for June 29, 2018 and find out.
