The Current Head of Homeland Security at the border with unknown others.

It is clear that the current head of Homeland Security has never been a parent.
When two children died in DHS custody in December, she blamed the children and their parents.
When Border Patrol agents under DHS tear-gassed mothers and children in December, DHS blamed the parents again, this time for throwing their children over a border wall that actually is in place and throwing rocks -- all apparently just out of camera range because there have never been any photographs of this conduct that I have seen, photographs of children or rocks being thrown I mean, although I have seen photographs of the Border Patrol tear-gassing mothers and their children.
Finally, for months the head of DHS has bemoaned the "crisis" at the U.S. border with Mexico, a crisis she says is caused by the parents and their children who want to leave violence and death behind for a better future.
To say again, it is clear that the current head of Homeland Security has never been a parent.
