SO IF EVIDENCE IS AGAINST YOU, STOP USING EVIDENCE.

If that worked, some of my cases would have ended differently.  Discouraging evidence is exactly what the Environmental Protection Agency intends with a new rule.  See Lisa Friedman, E.P.A. Plans Limit on Evidence Used For Health Rules, NEW YORK TIMES, Tuesday, November 12, 2019, p. A1 (online here; The New York Times may charge for online access).

But it doesn't work.  Not if you want results you and other people can believe.
