Large drug companies contend that smaller, poorer countries don't have the equipment or the capacity to manufacture their vaccines.

"When the price is right." This may or may not be a TV game show for Pharma's profits in practice, but it is definitely not a TV game show for the rest of the world in reality. This is now, this is real life -- and for much of the world, real death.
