NEIL GORSUCH, THE ONCE AND FUTURE CHIEF JUSTICE?

Neil Gorsuch notoriously does not wear a mask at oral arguments, even though the Chief Justice reportedly asked him to.  And even though he knows that the person he sits next to at oral arguments, Justice Sonja Sotomayor, is seriously at COVID risk because she is a diabetic.

          This story tells on Neil Gorsuch, of course.  The biggest takeaway from it is that he's a lousy person.

          It's in his genes.  His mom was indicted for her contempt of Congress.

          But there's more to take away.  John Roberts, the person with the Chief Justice title, does not even have the authority to get Neil Gorsuch to wear a mask among his colleagues during a pandemic.

          Neil Gorsuch.  What a mensch.

          John Roberts, once the Chief Justice, but no more.
