Kate Aronoff has an op-ed column looking at the Biden Administration considering more U.S. subsidies and tax breaks for international oil and gas companies.  The Biden Administration is poised to ask the oil and gas companies in return:  Nothing.  Using the Putin War in Ukraine as an excuse, in addition, this development comes after the Biden Administration pledged to cut pollution.
