P.S. TO #BULL #DURHAM “HECKUVA JOB, JOHNNY.”

In an earlier article posted on this blog, I wrote:

  1. Durham prosecuted a lawyer who fudged in an affidavit for a warrant for the FBI to investigate one person.  That lawyer pled guilty in a plea bargain.  That lawyer got no prison time in his plea bargain.

That is all true.  However, it makes it seem like Mr. Durham may have been the one to find this lawyer, during Mr. Durham’s Multi-Million Dollar investigation.

He did not.

The alleged wrongdoing of a fudged EMail was already unearthed by the Inspector General of the Department of Justice.  Not by Mr. Durham.
