WHEN LAW HAS NO PUBLIC BENEFIT, CHANGE THE LAW.

When the law does not benefit the public as a whole, the law probably needs to be changed.  The law against murder, for example, benefits the public as a whole.  Tax laws providing credits to the rich, for example, do not benefit the public as a whole.

You can change the law.  Sometimes you need to change the law.  Always you need to try to change the law when the law does not benefit the public as a whole.
