OPTIMISM vs. PESSIMISM.

Pessimism is when you expect everything to turn out bad.

         Optimism is when you think that things will always be good.

         Mark Twain famously said that "I am not a pessimist.  I am an optimist that did not arrive."

         As between pessimism and optimism, I consciously prefer to choose optimism.
